This Privacy Policy describes how Signalogia (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use our browser extension and website (the “Service”). In short:

We collect the account details you provide and minimal technical data needed to run the Service.
When you run an analysis, your chart screenshot is processed to produce your analysis.
We never sell your personal data.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide

When you create an account we collect your full name, email address, phone number, and a password (stored only as a one-way hash). We may also collect correspondence if you contact support.

Information collected automatically

To operate and secure the Service we may collect: your IP address (used to detect your country for localized pricing and for security), browser type and version, approximate geographic location (country level), and basic usage data such as the number of analyses run. We use this solely to deliver, improve, and protect the Service.

3. How We Use Information

To provide the Service — create and manage your account, deliver analyses, and display your remaining credits.
To show localized pricing — detect whether you are in India (for INR pricing) or elsewhere (for USD).
To communicate with you — respond to support requests and send essential account notices.
To improve the Service — understand aggregate usage and diagnose technical problems.
For security and fraud prevention — detect abuse, enforce rate limits, and protect accounts.
For legal compliance — where required by law or to protect our rights.

4. Chart Screenshots

When you choose to analyze a chart, Signalogia captures a screenshot of the chart currently visible in your browser tab. This image is transmitted to our server solely so that the analysis can be generated for you. The screenshot is processed for the purpose of producing your analysis and is not used to train models that benefit third parties, and is not sold or shared publicly.

Capture only occurs when you actively trigger an analysis on a TradingView chart tab. Signalogia does not silently monitor or capture your browsing.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share information only in these limited circumstances:

Service providers — trusted third parties that help us operate (e.g., hosting and database infrastructure), under contractual obligations of confidentiality and security.
Legal compliance — if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Signalogia, our users, or others.
Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to the confidentiality protections described here.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service reads publicly available technical-indicator and news data from TradingView’s public endpoints for the symbol you are analyzing, to enrich your results. This data is fetched on demand and is governed by the respective third party’s terms. Signalogia is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by TradingView.

Payments, where applicable, are processed by reputable payment providers; we do not store your full card details on our servers.

7. Data Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encrypted password hashing, restricted internal access, secure database configuration, and transport-layer encryption (HTTPS) for data in transit. Authentication tokens are stored hashed rather than in plain text.

However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your data using reasonable and appropriate safeguards.

8. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Saved analyses you create within the extension are stored locally in your browser. If you delete your account or request deletion, we will remove your personal data from our active systems within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your location (e.g., under the GDPR, CCPA, or similar laws), you may have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you.
Request correction of inaccurate data.
Request deletion of your data (“right to be forgotten”).
Object to or restrict certain processing.
Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

10. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not directed at children under 18 (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Service after a change takes effect indicates your acceptance of the revised policy.
