1. Summary
Signalogia provides an AI-assisted market analysis website and browser extension. We collect only the information needed to provide accounts, credits, chart analysis, security, payments, support, and product analytics. We do not sell your personal data.
- Chart capture happens only when you actively start an analysis on a supported TradingView chart page.
- The extension does not collect broker passwords, TradingView passwords, private messages, or continuous browsing history.
- Saved analyses in the extension are stored locally in your browser unless you separately send data to the service for analysis.
- Security controls include hashed passwords/tokens, HTTPS, rate limits, restricted server access, and abuse monitoring.
2. Account Data
When you create or use an account, we may collect your full name, email address, phone number, password hash, plan, credits, credit expiry, referral/affiliate code, login/session status, email verification status, and support messages. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes, not plain text.
If Google sign-in is enabled, we receive the account identity details required to sign you in, such as your email address and Google account identifier. If Telegram or email alerts are enabled by the administrator, limited operational notices may be sent through those services.
3. Extension Permissions
The Signalogia browser extension requests these permissions only for the stated purposes:
- sidePanel - opens the Signalogia panel inside the browser.
- activeTab - lets the extension work with the chart tab after you interact with the extension.
- storage - stores your session token, language preference, saved analyses, cached user state, and local extension preferences.
- scripting - runs chart-readability and chart-capture helper code on supported TradingView chart pages when you request analysis.
The extension host permissions are limited to supported TradingView domains, TradingView scanner/news endpoints, and signalogia.com. TradingView access is used for chart capture, chart-prep actions, symbol/timeframe reading, technical indicators, and relevant news. signalogia.com access is used for login, plan/credit sync, analysis requests, settings, and analytics.
4. Analytics Data
To improve the service and help administrators understand usage, Signalogia may collect website and extension analytics such as session identifier, device type/brand/model, operating system, browser, screen resolution, connection type, battery level if available, ad-blocker detection, cookies-enabled status, user agent, page/section viewed, time on page, active/focus time, click count, page views, bounce indicator, referrer, UTM source/medium, visit count, sections visited, app context, plan name, user ID, and email when signed in.
Approximate location such as country, city, region, latitude, and longitude may be resolved server-side from the request IP for analytics, localization, security, and abuse prevention. The extension does not use browser GPS/geolocation permission.
5. Chart Screenshots
When you choose to analyze a chart, Signalogia captures the visible TradingView chart area and sends it to our server so an analysis can be generated. The request may also include selected language, trading style, symbol/timeframe hints, and chart-readability diagnostics.
Chart screenshots are processed by Signalogia and our AI service provider to generate your requested result. They are not sold, published, or used for advertising. Capture is user-initiated and does not run silently in the background.
6. How We Use Data
- Provide login, account, credit, plan, affiliate, and support features.
- Generate chart analysis, technical summaries, and news context.
- Display localized pricing and payment options.
- Improve reliability, user experience, and analytics dashboards.
- Protect the service with fraud checks, rate limits, abuse detection, OTP/captcha controls, and security logging.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
7. Chrome Web Store Limited Use
For the Signalogia browser extension, we use extension user data only to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the disclosed single purpose: user-requested TradingView chart analysis, account access, credit/plan management, technical/news context, saved local results, and service reliability.
- Allowed use: extension permissions and collected data are used only for the user-facing features described in this policy and in the Chrome Web Store listing.
- Allowed transfer: data is transferred only to service providers required to operate Signalogia, comply with law, protect security, or complete a business transfer if applicable.
- No advertising use: we do not sell extension user data and do not use or transfer it for personalized, retargeted, or interest-based advertising.
- Human access limits: humans do not review chart screenshots or personal data except with your consent for support, for security or abuse investigation, to comply with law, or for aggregated/anonymized internal operations.
8. Cookies & Similar Technologies
Signalogia and our partners use cookies, local storage, pixels, SDKs, device identifiers and similar technologies to operate the Service and to measure and improve it. We use them for the following purposes:
- Strictly necessary: sign-in sessions, authentication tokens, security, fraud prevention, rate limiting and load balancing. The Service cannot function without these.
- Preferences: remembering your settings, language and trading-style choices.
- Analytics: understanding how pages and features are used so we can improve them.
- Advertising & measurement: measuring the performance of our marketing campaigns and showing relevant ads, as described in the next section.
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent you from signing in or using parts of the Service. Where required by applicable law, we request consent before setting non-essential cookies and you may withdraw that consent at any time.
9. Advertising & Measurement
We advertise Signalogia on third-party platforms. To measure whether our advertising works and to reach people who may be interested in the Service, we use advertising and analytics technologies (commonly called "pixels", "tags" or "SDKs") provided by advertising and measurement partners. These may include, now or in the future:
- Meta Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp, Threads) — including the Meta Pixel and Conversions API
- Google (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, YouTube)
- TikTok (TikTok Pixel / Events API)
- Telegram (Telegram Ads and related tools)
- Microsoft/Bing Ads, X (Twitter) Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Snap, Reddit, Pinterest, Quora
- Other advertising, attribution, affiliate or analytics networks we may use from time to time
These technologies may collect or receive information such as your IP address, device and browser information, pages viewed on our site, actions you take (for example viewing a plan, starting a checkout, or completing a purchase), approximate location, cookie or advertising identifiers, and — where you have provided it and where permitted — hashed identifiers such as a hashed email address used to match events to an ad. This information is used to measure ad performance, attribute conversions, limit how often you see an ad, build audiences, and show you more relevant advertising on those platforms and their partner networks.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share your trading chart screenshots or analysis results with advertising partners. Advertising partners act as independent controllers of the data they collect through their own technologies and their own privacy policies apply to that processing.
Your choices: you can limit interest-based advertising through your device and browser settings, through the ad-settings pages of the relevant platforms (for example Meta's Ad Preferences or Google's Ads Settings), and through industry opt-out tools such as the Digital Advertising Alliance (optout.aboutads.info), the Network Advertising Initiative, or Your Online Choices in the EU. You can also use browser controls to block cookies and trackers. Where applicable law requires consent for advertising technologies, we will obtain it and you may withdraw it at any time.
10. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with service providers needed to operate Signalogia and only for the purposes described in this policy. These providers may include our hosting/database infrastructure provider, OpenAI for AI chart analysis, configured payment processors such as NOWPayments, PayPal, Stripe, Razorpay or Cashfree, email delivery/SMTP providers, Google sign-in, Telegram notifications if enabled, IP geolocation/analytics/security infrastructure, and the advertising and measurement partners described in Section 9 (such as Meta, Google, TikTok and Telegram). We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our Terms, to investigate fraud or abuse, in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, or to protect users, Signalogia, or the public.
Chart screenshots and chart-analysis inputs are shared with OpenAI only to generate the analysis you requested. They are not sold, used for advertising, or published by Signalogia.
11. Payments
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers (which may include PayPal, Stripe, Razorpay, Cashfree, NOWPayments or others configured by an administrator), using provider-hosted checkout pages, links, buttons, embedded frames or APIs. Signalogia does not collect or store your full card number, CVV, bank credentials or wallet keys. Those details are submitted directly to, and handled by, the payment provider under their own PCI-DSS-compliant systems and their own privacy policies.
We receive from the provider only the information needed to fulfil your order and keep records — for example a transaction or subscription identifier, the payment status, the amount and currency, the plan purchased, and limited billing details such as your name, email or country. We use this information to activate your plan and credits, to issue receipts, to handle refunds, disputes and chargebacks, to prevent fraud and abuse, and to meet our accounting, tax and legal obligations.
To reduce fraud, we and our payment providers may screen transactions using signals such as IP address, device and browser information, geolocation, and account history. Payment-method HTML configured by an administrator is filtered to reduce script-injection risk and to restrict permitted provider URLs.
12. Security
We take the security of your data seriously and apply safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data we handle. Our measures include, among others:
- Encryption of data in transit using HTTPS/TLS across the website, extension and APIs.
- Passwords stored using strong one-way hashing; we never store your password in readable form.
- Hashed, expiring authentication tokens, session controls and the ability to revoke sessions.
- Server-side input validation, output sanitization and a strict Content Security Policy.
- Endpoint rate limiting, brute-force protection, and configurable captcha/OTP verification.
- Restricted access to sensitive files and administrative functions, with additional admin security controls.
- Sanitization of payment-method code to reduce script-injection risk, and restriction of permitted provider URLs.
- Card, bank and wallet credentials are never collected or stored on our servers — they are handled directly by PCI-DSS-compliant payment providers.
- Regular review of our infrastructure, dependencies and access controls.
No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. While we use commercially reasonable and industry-standard measures to protect your information, we cannot and do not guarantee absolute security, and we do not warrant that the Service will be free from unauthorized access, vulnerabilities, or interference by third parties. You acknowledge that you provide your information at your own risk.
Your responsibilities. The security of your account also depends on you. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential, using a strong and unique password, enabling any available additional security features, keeping your device, browser and email account secure, and not sharing your account or credentials with anyone. You must notify us immediately at support@signalogia.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account. We are not responsible for losses arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials or device, from malware or compromise on your own systems, or from your sharing of account access with third parties.
Third parties. Signalogia relies on third-party infrastructure and service providers (including hosting, payment, AI, email and advertising providers). While we select providers we consider reputable, we are not responsible for security incidents that originate from, or are caused by, systems outside our reasonable control, or by events beyond our reasonable control such as attacks, outages or force majeure.
Incident notification. If we become aware of a personal-data breach that is likely to affect you, we will notify you and any relevant supervisory authority as required by applicable law, and take reasonable steps to investigate and mitigate the incident.
Except where liability cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, our liability in connection with any security incident is subject to the disclaimers and limitations of liability set out in our Terms of Service. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
13. Retention
Account, billing, credit, support, affiliate and security records are kept while your account is active and as needed for legal, billing, tax, fraud-prevention, security and operational purposes. Authentication tokens remain valid only until expiry, logout, password reset, revocation, or account security action.
Signalogia does not intentionally store raw TradingView chart screenshots after the analysis request is processed, unless a temporary technical/security log is required to diagnose abuse or service errors. Server-side analysis metadata, AI performance logs, analytics records and security records may be retained for service improvement, fraud prevention, debugging and compliance. Local extension data, including saved analyses, remains in your browser until you delete it, clear browser storage, uninstall the extension, or sign out where applicable.
14. Your Choices and Rights
You can stop future extension data collection by signing out, clearing extension/browser storage, or uninstalling the extension. You can delete local saved analyses from the extension UI or by clearing browser storage. To request access, correction, deletion, export, restriction, or objection to processing of personal data stored by Signalogia, contact us at support@signalogia.com.
Depending on your location, you may have additional privacy rights. You may also withdraw consent where processing depends on consent, although some account, security, billing, or legal records may need to be retained where required or permitted by law.
15. Children's Privacy
Signalogia is not directed to children under 18 or the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction. If you believe a child provided personal data, contact us and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
16. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes may also be communicated through the service or other reasonable means.
17. Contact
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or your data, contact us at support@signalogia.com or through our contact page.
