1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you (“you”, “your”) and Signalogia (“Signalogia”, “we”, “us”) governing your access to and use of the Signalogia browser extension, website at signalogia.com, and any related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By installing, accessing, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Service. You may not use the Service if you are barred from doing so under any applicable law, or if you are located in, ordinarily resident in, or accessing the Service from a country or territory subject to comprehensive sanctions or embargoes, or if you appear on any applicable sanctions or restricted-party list. By using the Service you represent and warrant that none of these restrictions apply to you.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service is lawful in your jurisdiction. Access to the Service is not an offer or solicitation in any jurisdiction where such an offer would be unlawful.

3. The Service

Signalogia is an educational and informational market-analysis tool. It captures a TradingView chart that you have open in your browser and produces a structured analysis of that chart, including market structure, liquidity, technical concepts, and conditional trade scenarios. The Service also retrieves publicly available technical-indicator and news data associated with the symbol displayed.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, without notice, and we are not liable to you or any third party for any such change.

4. Accounts & Account Security

To use the analysis features you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information (name, email, phone number, and password). You are solely responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activity under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorised by you, except to the extent caused by our own proven failure to meet our security obligations. You must use a strong, unique password, keep your credentials confidential, keep the email address and device associated with your account secure, and not share, sell or transfer your account or credentials to anyone. One person or entity may not maintain multiple accounts to obtain additional free credits; doing so may result in suspension and forfeiture of credits.

Marketing and communications. By creating an account you agree that we may send you service-related communications (such as verification codes, receipts, security and account notices), which are necessary and cannot be opted out of while your account is active. We may also send you product updates and marketing communications, which you can opt out of at any time. We may advertise the Service on third-party platforms and measure the performance of that advertising, as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Credits & Pricing

Signalogia uses a credit-based system. One (1) credit equals one (1) chart analysis. New users receive a fixed number of free credits upon signup. Additional credits may be purchased through the plans offered at checkout.

Pricing displayed in the extension and on our website is shown in a currency relevant to your detected location. Prices are subject to change; any change applies only to future purchases and does not affect credits already in your account.

Credits are tied to your account, are non-transferable, and — unless otherwise stated — do not expire. A credit is consumed only when an analysis is successfully generated.

6. Payments & Refunds

The price, billing terms and what's included are shown clearly at checkout before you confirm any purchase. Some plans may be a single payment while others may renew automatically until cancelled — the applicable terms are displayed on the checkout page for the plan you choose. Where a plan renews automatically, you can cancel future renewals at any time from your account.

Because each analysis consumes server and computing resources the instant it runs, all purchases of credits are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. We strongly encourage you to begin with the free credits to evaluate the Service before purchasing. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at support@signalogia.com.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first at support@signalogia.com so we can review it. We aim to resolve billing questions quickly and fairly.

Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal or dispute with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us — where the charge was validly authorised and the Service was delivered — is a breach of these Terms. Because credits are delivered instantly and consume computing resources the moment an analysis runs, such a dispute is treated as a claim for services already rendered.

Where a chargeback or reversal is opened, we may: suspend or terminate the account and revoke any unused credits pending resolution; provide the payment provider with transaction records, access logs, IP and device information, and delivery evidence to contest the dispute; recover any amounts, fees or penalties charged to us as a result; and decline to provide the Service to that user in future. Fraudulent or abusive disputes may be reported to the payment provider and to the relevant authorities.

Nothing in this section limits any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law, or your right to dispute a genuinely unauthorised transaction.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, underlying models, or proprietary logic of the Service.
Resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or redistribute access to the Service or your credits to third parties.
Automate or script access to the Service, or attempt to bypass rate limits, credit consumption, or security measures.
Use the Service to develop a competing product or service.
Interfere with, overload, or disrupt the Service, its servers, or the networks and services connected to it.

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and forfeiture of unused credits, without refund.

9. Prohibited Transactions & Financial Crime

Signalogia sells access to a software analysis tool. It is not a bank, broker, exchange, money-services business, investment adviser, portfolio manager or custodian. We do not accept deposits, hold client funds, execute trades, manage money, or provide any regulated financial service.

You must not use the Service or make any payment to us:

using a payment method that is not lawfully yours, or that you are not authorised to use;
to launder money, to finance terrorism, to evade sanctions or taxes, or to disguise the origin of funds;
with proceeds of crime, fraud or any unlawful activity;
to test, validate or exploit stolen, generated or otherwise compromised card or account details (including "card testing");
in a way that violates the rules of any payment network, card scheme or payment provider;
on behalf of a sanctioned person or entity, or from a comprehensively sanctioned jurisdiction.

We may screen, verify, delay, decline, reverse or refund any transaction, and may request identity or payment verification, where we or our payment providers reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, or a breach of this section or of applicable law. We may suspend or terminate accounts and revoke unused credits in such cases, and we may report suspected financial crime to our payment providers and to the relevant authorities as required or permitted by law.

10. No Financial Advice / Disclaimer

Signalogia is provided strictly for educational and informational purposes. Nothing produced by the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax, or trading advice, or a recommendation, offer, or solicitation to buy or sell any asset, security, or financial instrument.

Any analysis, levels, scenarios, or “setups” generated are probabilistic interpretations of a chart at a single point in time. They are not guarantees of future performance. Trading Forex, Gold, Crypto, Stocks, Indices, and Commodities involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and for any gains or losses you may incur.

Always conduct your own independent research, manage your risk, and consult a qualified, licensed financial advisor before making any investment decision. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, software, branding, logos, designs, and analysis methodology provided by Signalogia are the exclusive property of Signalogia and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial analysis use in accordance with these Terms.

“TradingView” is a trademark of its respective owner and is not affiliated with, endorsing, or sponsored by Signalogia. Signalogia is an independent tool that reads charts you already have open.

12. Security & Assumption of Risk

We implement commercially reasonable, industry-standard technical and organisational measures designed to protect the Service and your data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), password hashing, hashed and expiring authentication tokens, server-side validation, a strict Content Security Policy, rate limiting, brute-force protection, restricted administrative access, and sanitisation of payment-method code. Card, bank and wallet credentials are never stored on our servers — they are handled directly by PCI-DSS-compliant payment providers. Further detail is set out in our Privacy Policy.

You acknowledge and agree that no software, system, network or method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure. Despite our safeguards, the Service may be subject to vulnerabilities, unauthorised access, hacking, malware, denial-of-service attacks, or other interference by third parties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not warrant or guarantee that the Service, or any data transmitted through it, will be free from unauthorised access, interception, corruption or loss, and you use the Service at your own risk.

Your obligations. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your own account and systems, including using a strong and unique password, keeping your credentials confidential, securing your device, browser and email account, and promptly notifying us of any suspected unauthorised access. You must not share your account or credentials with any third party. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to meet these obligations, from compromise of your own device, email or credentials, or from your sharing of account access.

Third-party and external causes. The Service depends on third-party infrastructure and providers (including hosting, payment, AI, email and advertising providers) and on the public internet. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for security incidents, outages, data loss or damage that originate from, or are caused by, systems, networks or providers outside our reasonable control, or by events beyond our reasonable control including cyber-attacks, force majeure, or acts of third parties.

If a security incident affecting personal data occurs, we will act in accordance with applicable law, including notifying affected users and relevant authorities where required. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any statutory liability that cannot be waived.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Signalogia and its affiliates, officers, employees, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any analysis will be accurate or complete. Your use of the Service is entirely at your own risk.

Cap on liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), statute or otherwise — shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you actually paid to Signalogia in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) fifty US dollars (USD 50).

Trading losses. Without limiting the above, we are not liable for any trading, investment or financial loss of any kind, however caused, arising from your use of, or reliance on, any analysis, level, scenario, signal-like output or other content produced by the Service. All trading decisions are yours alone.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law, and nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Signalogia and its owners, affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, suppliers and agents from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, liabilities, damages, losses, penalties, fines, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or connected with: (a) your use or misuse of the Service; (b) your breach of these Terms or of any applicable law or regulation; (c) your infringement of any third-party right; (d) any trading, investment or financial decision you make; (e) any chargeback, payment dispute or fraudulent transaction initiated by you or from your payment method; or (f) any content, data or information you submit to the Service.

15. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, the Service, or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Signalogia is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Subject to any mandatory rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country of residence, you and Signalogia agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

Before commencing any formal proceedings, you agree to first contact us at support@signalogia.com and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally.

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with the updated date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using the Service.
