Use your free credits before purchasing a plan

Signalogia is designed so you do not need to pay blindly. When you sign up, you receive 5 free credits. These credits let you experience the actual Signalogia workflow: open a TradingView chart, run an AI-assisted analysis, review market structure and risk context, and decide whether the service fits your trading process.

Because this trial is available before purchase, we encourage every user to test Signalogia carefully before buying a paid credit pack. If the tool is not right for your workflow, you can simply avoid purchasing a plan.

2. Digital credits and delivery

Paid plans are digital analysis credits

Paid Signalogia plans provide digital credits for AI-assisted chart analysis. Credits are delivered to your Signalogia account after payment verification and plan activation. A credit may be consumed when an analysis is generated because the request uses server resources, AI-processing resources and account infrastructure.

For this reason, paid credit packs are generally non-refundable once they have been delivered to your account or used for analysis. This keeps the policy fair for users while protecting the platform from abuse, duplicate trialing and misuse of digital resources.

3. Generally non-refundable cases

When refunds are normally not available

Refunds are normally not available in the following cases:

  • You purchased after using the free trial credits and later changed your mind.
  • Credits were delivered correctly to your account.
  • Credits were used to generate one or more analyses.
  • You did not like a specific market view, scenario, chart read or trading idea generated by the tool.
  • You expected guaranteed trading profit, fixed signals or financial advice. Signalogia does not provide guaranteed outcomes.
  • Your trading result was different from an analysis scenario. Markets are uncertain and all trading decisions remain your responsibility.
Important: Signalogia is an educational and informational analysis assistant, not a financial advisor, broker, signal seller or profit-guarantee system.
4. Refund review cases

When a refund may be reviewed or approved

We may review and, where appropriate, approve a refund in situations such as:

Duplicate payment

You were charged twice for the same intended order and only one plan should have been purchased.

Payment-provider error

A payment was completed because of a technical/payment-provider issue outside your control.

Activation problem

Your payment is verified but the selected plan cannot be activated after reasonable support review.

Unmatched payment

The payment cannot be safely matched to a valid Signalogia account after verification.

Security decision

We identify suspicious activity and decide not to provide service for platform or user-safety reasons.

Required by law

Where mandatory consumer law requires a different outcome, those mandatory rights continue to apply.

5. How to request a refund review

Send clear payment details to support

To request a refund review, contact us through the support page or by email. Include enough information to verify the payment and account safely.

6. Abuse, chargebacks and suspicious activity

Refunds must not be used to abuse digital credits

We may refuse service, pause activation, reverse credits or close accounts involved in suspicious activity, fraud attempts, payment abuse, chargeback abuse, fake account behavior, automated misuse, unauthorized resale or violations of our Terms of Service.

If we detect risk before plan activation, we may choose to refund the payment instead of activating the plan. This protects legitimate users, payment security and the Signalogia platform.

7. Refund timing

Approved refunds depend on the payment provider

If a refund is approved, the time it takes to appear in your account depends on your payment method, bank, card network, wallet provider or payment processor. We will process the approved refund from our side as soon as reasonably possible, but final settlement times are controlled by the payment provider.

A refund may be approved for duplicate payments, payment-provider errors, an order that cannot be matched to your account, a plan that cannot be activated after verification, or a security review where we decide not to provide service.

Does this policy affect mandatory consumer rights?
No. Where local law gives you mandatory rights that cannot be limited by this policy, those rights continue to apply.
